Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 36-05/06 For
Design/Build Services for Neighborhood No. 7- Nautilus Right-of-Way
Infrastructure Improvement Project.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Invitation to Bid (ITB) No.
36-05/06, for Design/Build Services for Neighborhood NO.7 - Nautilus Right-of Way Infrastructure
Improvement Project which seeks a Design/Build Firm that will be responsible for the design,
construction, and construction management associated with the work related to earthwork,
roadway narrowing, milling and resurfacing, driveway paving, sidewalk construction, water main
installation and water services relocation, storm drainage infrastructure installation, roadway
lighting and streetscape/planting improvements.
Pursuant to the City Key Intended Outcomes to Ensure Well-designed Quality Capital Projects
and Ensure Well-maintained Infrastructure, I am considering appointing the following individuals to
serve on the Evaluation Committee on the above subject ITB:

Fernando Vazquez, PE, City Engineer-CMB Public Works Department
Keith Mizell, Project Manager Capital Improvement Projects Office (CIP)
