Question No. 2: Shall the following additional alternative purposes: Construction of new, or improved of existing, handball courts, golf courses, club houses, parks, community centers and other recreational facilities; improvements to the City's libraries, museum and Garden Center; improvements to the City's Police, Fire and Sanitation facilities and capital equipment; construction and improvements to the City's streets and sewers; and improvements and addition to the City's public beach and park facilities, be approved for the unexpended proceeds of the City's Waste Facility Bonds (the unexpended bond proceeds are $2,414.919), Biscayne Bay Public park Acquisition Bonds (the unexpended bond proceeds are $384,622), and 1973 Park and Recreational Land Bonds, (the unexpended bond proceeds are $1,419,996), and the purpose for which the City's 1972 Oceanfront Park Bonds (originally authorized in the amount of $1,500,000.00) are authorized to be issued be amended to include the additional purpose of acquiring and improving oceanfront property for park purposes?
