Yes13,01866.23 No6,63733.77 Question No. I: "Shall section 103 of the Related Laws of the City of Maimi Beach, Florida, be amended to delete specific restrictions concerning Pension Board investments and allocation, and to substiture therfor language autorizing the Pension Board to exercise (in a prudent manner) independent judgement in allocating and investing funds; authorizing the Miami Beach City Commission to establish by oridnance Pension Board investment guidelines and testrictions". Question No. 2: " Shall Section 2.02 o the Miami Beach City Charter be amended to increase the annual salary of each City Commissioner from $6,000 to $12,000 and to increase the annual salary of the Mayor from $10,000 to $20,000". Question No. 3 "Shall the City Charter be amended to provide that commencing with the General Election in November 1997 (Excluding individuals holding City of Miami Beach elective office prior thereto for their unexpired terms), there is establihsed a term limit for City Commissioners of eight consecutive years and for Mayor, of six consecutive years, measured retroactively from their first elections, said terms excluding time served filling a vacancy pursuant to Charter Sec. 2.07.
