The purpose of this LTC is to transmit the Proposed City of Miami Beach and Miami Beach
Redevelopment Agency 2007 - 2011 Capital Improvement Plan and FY 2006/07 Capital
Budget.
As requested last year concurrent with the approval of the 2006 - 2010 Capital Improvement
Plan and FY 2005/06 Capital Budget, ongoing projects with prior year appropriations but no
anticipated current or future year appropriations have been included in the plan for
information purposes. Researching these prior year funding sources involved extensive
effort which is still ongoing; and thus, may be refined.
This proposed document will be submitted for review by the Finance and Citywide Projects
Committee and General Obligation Bond Oversight Committee at a joint meeting scheduled
for September 14, 2006.
