This LTC is to inform you that at the next City Commission Meeting, Wednesday, October
11, 2006 you will need to appoint members to this committee. During the last two meetings,
the members have not been able to take any action due to a lack of quorum. The committee
composition, list of members, vacancies and name of applicants are as follows:

1) North Beach;
2) Middle Beach;
3) 9Juth Beach;
4) one (1) member trom each of the following organ izations:
the Budget Adv isory Co mmittee,
the Planning Board,
the Chamber of Commerce,
the Transportation and Park ing Co mmittee,
the Community Development Advisory Committee (who shall be a voting member),
one trom the HistDric Preservation Board (who shall be a voting member),
one (1) MEMBER FROM THE CITY COMMISSION.
