The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to transmit the attached em ail from
Eric Fournier, Senior Vice President, New Ventures for Cirque du Solei!.
One of the issues raised at the Community Meeting on October 16, 2006 concerned the
special event venue and its proposed uses. Cirque du Solei I has further clarified that
one of the proposed uses of the special event venue is to provide occasional concert
acts similar in nature to those on the attached email. The shows listed on the attached
email were booked by Charles Khabouth, who is the proposed food and beverage
partner for the project.
