Dear Mr. Parcher,
I am pleased to announce that Jim Waldo will be joining Atlantic Broadband as Vice
President & General Manager of our Miami Beach operations on Monday, October 30th.
Jim comes to us with a wealth of operations experience in the cable industry. In his most
recent position, he served as Regional Vice President for Operations in the Midwest
Region for Mediacom Communications. In this position, he had responsibility for the P
& L and all products and services for over 140,000 subscribers. Prior to his role with
Mediacom, he was the Senior Vice President for WorldCom Broadband Solutions and
held full accountability for all operations west of the Mississippi River.
Jim's experience will enable him to meet the unique demands of your community. He
has held international positions with Galaxy Media. Jim also held senior management
positions with Time Warner in Florida. We are confident that Jim will provide the
leadership and responsiveness important to us and to Miami Beach.
