SUBJECT: SOUTHPOINTE STREETSCAPE
As a follow-up to the report provided during the Stanley Sutnik Hour at the July 12, 2000,,City
Commission meeting regarding the Southpointe Streetscape construction commencement, please be
advised of the following:
· Construction contract sent to Atlantic Civil, Inc. (general contractor) on July 18, 2000.
· Executed contract anticipated July 31, 2000.
· Pre-construction meeting week of August 7, 2000.
· Construction commencement week of August 21, 2000.
The project manager for the Southpointe Streetscape is Alexandra Rolandelli and the constraction
manager is John De Pazos.
