SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Construction Cost Estimating, Scheduling
and Claims Analysis Services, on an as-needed basis, for the City of Miami
Beach.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 02-06/07, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On October 17, 2006 RFQ No. 02-06/07 was issued for Construction Cost Estimating,
Scheduling and Claims Analysis Services, for City facilities, right-of-way projects and other
miscellaneous Capital Improvement Projects.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:
Mario Gonzalez-Pola, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator
Graciela Escalante, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator
Fernando Vazquez, City Engineer Public Works
Mike Alvarez, Assistant Director Public Works
Rosa Bramchtein, Leadership Academy Alumni
Lucero Levy, President Homeowner's Association: Biscayne Point
