SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Citywide Geotechnical and Laboratory
Testing Services, on an as-needed basis, for the City of Miami Beach.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 04-06/07, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On October 17, 2006 RFQ No. 04-06/07 was issued for geotechnical services for City
facilities, right-of-way projects and other miscellaneous Capital Improvement Projects.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:

Magueritte Ramos,
