The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 15-06/07, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On December 15, 2006, RFQ No. 15-06/07 was issued for Architectural, Engineering, Urban
Design, Landscape Architecture, for the Planning, Design, Bid and Award, and Construction
Administration Services for the Flamingo Park Project. On January 30, 2007, three (3)
proposals were received from the prospective AlE firms.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:

Harry Morgan
Flamingo Neighborhood Resident (Leadership Academy)
Flamingo Neighborhood Resident (Leadership Academy)

Assistant Director, Planning Department
Executive Director, Police Athletic League (PAL)
