SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Financial Advisory Services, for a Five-Year
Period, with Five One-Year Renewal Options
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 20-06/07, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On December 19, 2006, RFP No. 20-06/07 was issued for Financial Advisory Services, for a
Five-Year Period, with Five One-Year Renewal Options. On January 31, 2007, four (4)
proposals were received from the prospective financial firms.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFP:
