RESOLUTION NO, 2000-24074
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA CHANGING THE CITY
COMMISSION MEETING DATES FOR THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER,
NOVEMBER, AND DECEMBER 2000
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Miami Beach City Charter "The City
Commission shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by ordinance or resolution."; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is scheduled to meet on the following dates: October 11
and 25, November 15, and December 6 and 20; and
WHEREAS, the Administration recommends to change the meeting dates as follows:
From October 11 and 25 to one meeting on October 18,2000
From November 15 to two meetings on November 8 and 29, 2000
Prom December 6 and 20 to one meeting on December 20, 2000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and City Commission
hereby approve the amended dates for the October, November, and December 2000 City
Commission meetings as set forth herein.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of September 2000.

Adopt the Resolution.
ANALYSIS:
The Administration was requested to change the City Commission meetings dates for the months
of October, November, and December 2000.
Presently the City Commission is scheduled to meet on the following dates: October 11 and 25,
November 15, and December 6 and 20.
The Administration recommends to change the meeting dates as follows:
From October 1] and 25 to one meeting on October 18, 2000.
From November 15 to two meetings on November 8 and 29, 2000.
From December 6 and 20 to one meeting on December 20, 2000.

All interested persons, please take notice that the
dates for the Regular City Commission meetings and
the Redevelopment Agency have been changed for the
months of October, November, and December 2000,
as follows:
from October 11 and 25 to one meeting on
October 18, 2000
from November 15 to two meetings on
November 8 and 29, 2000
from December 6 and 20 to one meeting on
December 20, 2000
The meetings will be held in the City Commission
Chambers, 3rd floor, City Hall, 1700 Convention
Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, commencing at
9:00 a.m.
