LETTER TO COMMISSION

TO: Mayor Neisen O. Kasdin and
Members of the City Commission
SUBJECT: Art Basel ~
The City has received a gift from the Art Basel, consisting of two round-trip air tickets and
accommodations in Basel, Switzerland during the Basel Art Fair.
I hereby appoint and authorize Commissioners Liebman and Smith to utilize the aforesaid air tickets
and accommodations for the purpose of traveling to Basel to represent the City and to prepare a
report on the quality of the Basel Art Fair, which will have its first show in the Unites States of
America in Miami Beach in December, 2001.
