SUBJECT: COLLINS PARK CULTURAL CENTER OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
Mrs. Elayne Weisburd has resigned from the Collins Park Cultural Center Oversight Committee.
I have appointed Mr. Phillip Morris to replace Mrs. Weisburd. Mr. Richard Lane was also a member
of this Committee and represented the Miami City Ballet. However, he is no longer with the Miami
City Ballet. Therefore, I am appoinfmg Mark B. Rosenblum, Miami City Ballet General Manager,
to replace Mr. Lane on the Committee. Please confirm my appointments by Wednesday, October
4, 2000.
I also request a Certificate of Appreciation be given to Elayne Weisburd and Richard Lane for their
efforts on the Committee.
