Please be advised that I will be out of town from Saturday, September 16 through Wednesday,
September 20, 2000, retoming to the office on Thursday, September 21, 2000. The purpose of this
trip is to attend the ICMA (International City Manager's Association) 86th Annual Conference in
Cincinnati, Ohio, at which I will be moderating a panel discussion.
