SUBJECT: CITY COMMISSION AGENDA BOOKS
This Letter to Commission is to advise the Mayor and Commission that whenever possible, the City
Commission agenda books will be available for distribution by 4:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to each
Commission meeting.
However, in order to provide you with the highest quality service, I would like to request that you
or your staff advise me 24 hours in advance if you require your agenda book to be available by a
specific time. This will allow me adequate time to reschedule the agenda printing process.
