RESOLUTION NO. 547-2007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 539-2006, SETTING THE DATES FOR THE
YEAR 2007 REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA) MEETINGS;
AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN THE RDA MEETING IN MAY
2007, FROM THE SCHEDULED MEETING DATE OF MAY9TO
THE ALTERNATE MEETING DATE ON MAY 16.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 539-2006 established the RDA meeting dates for the
year 2007; and
WHEREAS, Chairman Dermer requested to change the RDA meeting in May 2007,
from the scheduled meeting date of May 9 to the alternate meeting date on May 16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND
MEMBERS OF THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (RDA) hereby approve
the amended date for the month of May 2007 from May 9 to May 16.

The Redevelopment Agency shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by
resolution.
Chairman Dermer requested changing the Wednesday, May 9,2007, RDA meeting to
the alternate RDA meeting date on Wednesday, May 16, 2007. The office manager in
the Office of the Mayor and City Commission polled each Commission office and there
was no objection.
Based upon the request of Chairman Dermer, it is recommended that the Chairman
and Members of the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency approve the request
changing the Wednesday, May 9,2007, Regular RDA meeting, to the alternate RDA
meetin date on Wednesda ,Ma 16,2007.

ANAL YSIS
The Redevelopment Agency shall meet at such times as may be prescribed by
resolution.
Chairman Dermer requested changing the Wednesday, May 9,2007, RDA meeting

CONCLUSION
Based upon the request of Chairman Dermer, it is recommended that the Chairman
and Members of the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency approve the request
changing the Wednesday, May 9, 2007, Regular RDA meeting, to the alternate
RDA meeting date on Wednesday, May 16, 2007.
