Various Banking Services to the City of Miami Beach.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals (RFP)
No. 37-06/07, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable banking institution to provide
various banking services to the City of Miami Beach.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFP:
Richard Montalbano, Financial Advisor to the City of Miami Beach, RBC Dain Rauscher
Sanford Horvitz, Resident and Graduate of the Leadership Academy
Georgina Echert, Assistant Director, Finance Department
Susan Kirkland, Resident and Graduate of the Leadership Academy
Rocio Rodriguez, Financial Analyst III, Parking Department
