Subject: Evaluation Committee Related to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 42-06/07 -
For the Review of Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Utility for Un-billed and Mis-billed
Services.
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on Request for Proposals (RFP)
No. 42-06/07, which seeks to establish an agreement with a reputable firm which should focus on
define proven methods that will be use to review the City's water, sewer, and stormwater utility for un-
billed and mis-billed services.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on the
above subject RFP:
Elie Fakie, Capital Projects Coordinator, Public Works Department
Raul Soria, Revenue Manager, Finance Department
Eric Lawrence, Resident and Graduate of the Leadership Academy
Jim Sutter, Internal Auditor, Internal Audit Department
James Curry, Resident and Graduate of the Leadership Academy
I would appreciate your comments and/or suggestions by July 20, 2007.
