SUBJECT: Personnel Board Group 2 Election
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 93-2868 an election was held by the City Clerk's Office on July
23 through July 26, 2007, to fill a vacancy on the Personnel Board representing Group 2
employees. There were a total of 66votes cast; with 29 votes for Paco Basantes, 10 votes
for Joann Cesar, 15 votes for Stacy McCrae and 12 votes for Rashonda M. Wilson.
Paco Basantes has been elected to represent the Group 2 members for a term of three (3)
years beginning on August 1, 2007 and ending on July 31, 2010.
Group 1: Consists of Police Department, Fire Department and Beach Patrol Department employees
Group 2: Consists of employees in clerical and executive positions
Group 3: Consists of all other employees

COUNTY OF MIAMI-DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspector, do hereby certify, that we held and
conducted an election of the members of Group 2 employees of the City of Miami
Beach at City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, for the purpose of electing a
member of the Personnel Board to represent Group 2. That the polls were open on
July 23 through July 26, 2007 from 8:30 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. That we proceeded to
open the ballot box on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at 5:10 P.M. and counted the ballots,
and found the results of said Election to be as follows:
THAT there were a total of 66 votes cast.
THAT:
29 votes were cast for Paco Basantes
10 votes were cast for Joann Cesar
15 votes were cast for Stacy McCrae
12 votes were cast for Rashonda M. Wilson
