channels.
On September 6, 2007, the Administration received a letter from Atlantic Broadband, the
City's cable provider, informing us they received a notice from Music Choice that it is making
some "minor changes and enhancements to its national offerings of digital music channels
as of September 18, 2007".
Attached is a letter from Mr. Jim Waldo, Vice-President and General Manager, Atlantic
Broadband, explaining the changes, products and services.

products, services, and prices.
On August 27~`, 2007 Atlantic Broadband received notice from Music Choice that it is making
some minor changes and enhancements to its national offeriags of digital music channels as of
September 1$'~, 2007. Most of these changes/enhancements involve Warne changes 'or channel
placement changes of their channels. The specific changes are detailed in the attachment
included..
Atlantic Broadband has no control over these changes, which are driven by the programmer,
Music Choice digital music service is offered as a value added service to our customers that
choose to subscribe to a digital receiver{s). Approximately 444~a of our Miami area customers
subscribe to one or more digital receivers on a monthly basis. Throughout September, Music
Choice is announcing their format aad name changes an the affected channels.
