Gonzalez City Manager 0< SUBJECT: Summary of Vehicles Purchased Annually by Fleet Management Each fiscal year, Fleet Management budgets for the replacement of vehicles/equipment, which are in the General Fund and have met the criteria for replacement. The criteria, for replacement, is age, mileage, cost of maintenance and overall condition. Vehicles/equipment, which are additions to the fleet, and in the General Fund, are initially budgeted by the using department and depreciated and replaced by Fleet Management.
