SUBJECT: Annual Retreat
I wanted to alert you that the Administration has scheduled a two-day Retreat for Monday and
Tuesday, November 13 and 14, 2000. This Retreat will include Assistant City Managers, Executive
Assistants to the City Manager and Department Directors. We will be working to develop our
proposed Goals and Objectives for the coming year.
This year, the Retreat will be held at the Miami Beach Marriott between of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
on both days. Should you need to reach me during this time, you may contact my assistant, Pauline

I am looking forward to this opportunity to strategize with the Administration's leadership.
