SUBJECT: VARIETY MAGAZINE FEATURES SOUTH FLORIDA
This is the fifth year that Variety Magazine featured a section entitled "Miami & Florida," which
highlights various components of South Florida' s entertainment industry. In the November 6, 2000
issue their focus was TV production, new media, the winter ad shoots, and profiles of Miami Beach
resident Christina Saralegui and Playboy TV International, which is located in Miami Beach.
Attached, please find a copy of the publication that will be used by the Community/Economic
Development DeparUnent as part of the City's ongoing business and economic development
activities.
