SUBJECT: NORTH BEACH ECONOMIC MARKET ANALYSIS
Enclosed is a copy of the Market Analysis for Noah Beach prepared by the City's consultant, The
Chesapeake Group. This report concludes a portion of the consultant's contract. The remaining
tasks include a strategic implementaion plan and site-specific development concepts. These elements
are being prepared in consultation with City staff, and will be presented to the community prior to
completion.
