A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH RESOLUTION NO. 95-21828
DESIGNATING THE AD HOC BOARD AND REVIEW
COMMITTEE BY EXTENDING THE DURATION OF THE
COMMITTEE FROM APRIL 17, 1996 TO MAY 1, 1996.
WHEREAS, on November 21, 1995, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach passed and approved Resolution No. 95-21828 amending City of Miami Beach Resolution
No. 95-21655 which established the Board and Review Committee, said amendment changing the
name of the Committee so as to designate it as an Ad Hoc Committee and extending the duration
of the Committee from November 22, 1995 to April 17, 1996 and increasing the membership of the
Committee from seven (7) to eight (8) members; and
WHEREAS, in order to fully accomplish its stated goals and purposes, the Board's April
17, 1996 sunset date must be extended to May 1, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City
Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida hereby amend Resolution No. 95-21828, which
designated the Ad Hoc Board and Review Committee by providing for an extension of duration of
said Committee from April 17, 1996 to May 1, 1996.
