SUBJECT: MAJOR CHARLES PRESS TO ATTEND THE FBI NATIONAL ACADEMY
This Letter to the Commission is to advise the Mayor and City Commission that Major Charles Press
of the Police Department has been selected to attend the 205th class of the FBI National Academy.
The FBI National Academy is an intensive three month course that is held at the FBI's National
Training Center in Quantico, Virginia and is the most prestigious law enforcement management
school in the world.
Major Press has been with the Police Department since 1975 and currently commands the Criminal
Investigations Division.
Please join me in congratulating Maj or Press on his selection to the FBI National Academy and wish
him success.
