WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, the certificate of the Mayor, member
of said City @ouncil, and the Supervisor of. Registration, of the
result of th® canvass of the returns of the special election held
in said City. on July 24th, 1945, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns and
certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO LV~...D by the City Council o f said C i t y
that they hereby adopt the said certificate as the result oP said
election and it is hereby ordered that the same be recorded in the
minutes of this meeting as a permanent record.
