WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the certificate of the
Mayor, member of said City Council, and the Supervisor of
Registration of the result of the canvass of the returns of
the general eleeti8n held in said City on June nth, 1948,
and
' WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said
returns and certificate,
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that they hereby adopt the said certificate as the
result of said election and it is hereby ordered that the
same be recorded in the minutes of this meeting as a permanent

record.
