SUBJECT: TOUR TO CITY PLACE ON MAY 29, 2001 WITH RELATED COMPANIES
In connection with the future development of the 72nd Street Site, the developer, Jorge Perez,
President of Related Companies, has invited the Mayor, Members of the City Commission and the
City Administration to tour the "City Place" project in West Palm Beach on May 29,2001.
Related will provide bus transportation to the site. The tour will depart at 9:00 a.m. from City HalL
The site visit will include a tour of the project, lunch and a roundtable discussion with the developer,
its partners, architects and other project representatives. The tour should be completed by 3 :00 p.m.,
returning to the City of Miami Beach by 5:00 p.m. A public notice will be advertised in compliance
with the Sunshine Law.
