A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH RESOLUTION NO. 95-21643
WHICH CREATED A NEW TRANSPORTATION AND
PARKING COMMITTEE BY EXTENDING THE TERM AND
EXPIRATION DATE OF THE COMMITTEE FROM JULY 31,
1996 TO DECEMBER 31, 1996
WHEREAS, on July 12, 1995, the Mayor and City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
passed and approved Resolution No. 95-21643 repealing Resolution No. 93-20875 which established
the Transportation and Parking Committee; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 95-21643 stipulates the term and expiration date of July 31,
1996 for the members of the Transportation and Parking Committee; and
WHEREAS, in order to fully accomplish its stated goals and purposes, the Board's
expiration date must be extended to December 31, 1996.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and City
Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida amend Resolution No. 95-21643 by providing for
an extension of the termination date of said Committee from July 31, 1996 to December 31, 1996.
