SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to ''equest for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -025 -WG, for
Financial Advisory Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017 -025 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)
for financial advisory services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the
RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Eric Carpenter, Assistant City Manager, City of Miami Beach
o Tameka Otto -Stewart, Budget Officer, Office of Budget and Performance Improvement, City
of Miami Beach
• Brian Rosenfeld, City of Miami Beach Audit Committee
o Tom Tight, Investment Advisor, Public Trust Advisors
• Allison Williams, Deputy Finance Director, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Sara Patino, Accounting Manager, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Jim Sutter, Internal Auditor, Office of Budget and Performance Improvement, City of Miami
Beach
• Arthur Unger, City of Miami Beach Audit Committee
