SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Re uest for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017- 007 -AK, for
Noise, Acoustic and Sound Consult' °;g Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2017- 007 -AK, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified
firm(s) for noise, acoustic and sound consulting services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on Friday, February 24, 2017. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFQ.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Tul Munday, Senior Planner, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
• Alejandro Garavito, Senior Planner, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
• Oniel Toledo, Project Manager, Parks & Recreation Department, City of Miami Beach
• Milos Majstorovic, Transportation Supervisor, Transportation Department, City of Miami
Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Steven Williams, Principal Planner, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
• Ramon Duarte, Operations Supervisor, Property Management, City of Miami Beach.
• Ozzy Macias, System Support Manager, Information Technology, City of Miami Beach
