SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 -081 -WG, for City
Municipal Parking Garage Advertising Services
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 -081 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) for
City municipal parking garage advertising services.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the
RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Marcel Couso, Parking Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Kevin Kinney, Director, Parking Department, City of Coral Gables
• James Murphy, Chief of Urban Design, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
• David Naranjo, CEO, Rock Orange Marketing Group
• Jennifer Seoanes, Marketing Manager, Communications Department, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Miguel Beingolea, Off- Street Parking Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Elisandrix Matos, Development Coordinator, Community Relations and Public Information
Department, City of Miami Beach
• Thomas Mooney, Director, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
