Granado, City Clerk DATE: August 14, 2017 SUBJECT: CLEAN CAMPAIGN CLASS The Miami-Dade County Elections Department and the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust will be conducting a Clean Campaign Class as follows: Tuesday, September 19, 2017 Miami Beach City Hall 1700 Convention Center Drive, 3rd Floor Commission Chamber Miami Beach, FL 33139 Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Those involved in local elections are encouraged to attend the Clean Campaign Class to learn how to properly open and manage financial accounts and run ethical campaigns. This session, which is conducted by officials of the Miami-Dade County Elections Department and the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust, will provide essential information to avoid legal pitfalls, correctly raise and report funds, properly keep records and understand the legal and ethical obligations of seeking public office. Free Parking for the Clean Campaign Class: Parking has been reserved for the Clean Campaign Class attendees at the City Hall Garage (G7), located at 1755 Meridian Avenue. The entrance to the City Hall Garage is located on 18th Street and Meridian Avenue. Attendees are to proceed to the gated garage entrance (not the metered area) and pull a ticket and enter the garage. A parking voucher will be provided to attendees at the end of the class.
