RESOLUTION CF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CI'T'Y
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PEPMIS TION TO CONSTRUCT A SEAWALL,
DREDGE AND PLACE FILL IN WATERAY
AT HARRDING T, NTE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That M.N.Lipp; City Engineer for said City, be and
he is hereby directed and authorized to make application to
the War Department of the United States for permission to
construct a seawall, dredge and place fill in the waterway
situated along the westerly limits of Harding Townsite, between
Seventy-third (73rd) and Seventy-fifth (75thY Streets, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., and to make such application in
the name of said City or in his own name as representative of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF NOVEMBER, A.D. 1941.
