IMPROVEMENT SK-111
`YE REAS, the City Council, by resolution- passed
and adopted on the 6th day of November,1941, ordered
the Sidewalk improvement SK-111 ,
Dictrict SK-111, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk clans and specifications of such Improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the Incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on. the
19th day of November, 1941, at the C: ty Mall in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A. L. receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
or-iering said improvement; and no objections having been pro-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of bhe
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said Cl. ty Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-111,District S .-111,be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation 1of X160.60 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
