They are very interested in the possibility of obtaining an Areca Palm that I am willing to donate to the City. We have tentatively agreed (contingent on Commission approval) that I will have the tree delivered to a specific location and the City will install and maintain the palm from that point forward. As requested, I am enclosing a picture and a certified valuation letter for the specific tree. Please feel free to contact me at (305) 531-2413 with any questions or comments. Thanks for your assistance and I look forward to providing the City with a valuable donation that will be a part of our community for many years to come.
