We researched and the service provider's rfp response has served as the agreement for the last three service
providers (Standard Parking - 2001 to present; Central Parking 1996 to 2001: and Weiis Fargo 1992 to 1996). A
rere~.val option is available with the current vendor in July 2009, while it has not been an issue, it is our intent to
formalize the renewal with a professional services agreement, if approved, as it is a good business practice. A
professional services agreement will be implemented reyard:ess of •whether the cur: ent vendor is renewed or a
ne•.v vendor is selected.

Internal Audit asked for the the above mentioned parking meter collection services agreement adopted under
resolution 2006-26256 (attached), which we still haven't received in the City Clerk's Office. We also are missing
previous agreements for 2004 and 200'1. Please provide them at your soonest convenience-
