WITNESSETH: Whereas, on July 26, 2000, through Resolution Number 2000-24033, the Mayor and City Commission authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Grant Agreement between the City and the Grantee, for a cultural arts grant, in the amolUlt of $9.000 , to support cultural arts offerings in Miami Beach (Agreement); and Whereas, the City has allocated additional funds to the Cuhura1 Arts COlUlcil's (ColUlcil) Grant Program, pursuant to Resolution No. 2001-24264; and Whereas, accordingly, the City deems it in the best interest to amend the Agreement with Grantee, in the amount of $9.000, by an additional $1.800; thus totaling $10.800. Whereas, the COlUlcil has allocated these additional funds according to the process approved by the Mayor and City Commission on July 26, 2000, via Resolution Number 2000-24033 and, on February 21,2001, via Resolution No. 2001-24264. NOW THEREFORE, the Agreement is hereby amended as follows: 1. Article 1, subsection 2 of the Agreement, entitled "Grant AmolUlt" , is amended to reflect the new amount as follows: Original award, $9,909 to $10.800. 2. Exhibit 2B entitled, "Revised Project Budget/Grant Award Budget" is deleted in its entirety and herein replaced with a new Exhibit 2B, attached hereto and incorporated in this Amendment. 3. All other tenns and conditions of the Agreement between City and Grantee shall remain in full force and effect.
