This Letter to Commission is to alert you to an upcoming play, "In Mortal Sin / Pecado

A press conference took place last week annoucing this upcoming play and publicizing this
event as a "PLAYWRlTTENAND DIRECTED SYWILSON BLASS OPENING ON SOUTH
BEACH WITH RESISTANCE BY MANY AND TIES TO A CERTAIN 'SCANDAL'
SURROUNDING LOCAL CELEBRITY PRIEST." The press release issued by the
organizors last week furtherstates that:
"The controversial play opens a Pandora's Box and reveals a prohibited
love between a priest and a young woman, As this play is about to hit the
stage at one of Miami Beach's beloved theaters, a lot of controversy is
already bubbling. Media is aware of the many questions and issues
arisen via behavior considered scandalous by men of the cloth. This play
tells a love story and unfolds other taboos exploring carnal desires and
therefore scandal."
As you are aware, Global Spectrum is the management company hired by the City to handle
day-today management of the facility, including facility rentals. This is provided to you ais an
