The solution also allows for all City network users to sign onto all network applications without the need to remember numerous passwords; it also allows users to reset their own passwords using a secure web page with no IT intervention. The self service password reset feature has been particularly useful for those City departments that operate beyond normal business hours. The OneSign, password policy implementation is fully automated, which simplifies security compliance requirements and provides built in monitoring and reporting for all user application access activities.
