The Holiday Season is a time for gathering and celebrating with friends and ~amil~'.° To
commemorate this time of the year, the City of Miami Beach Parks and Recreation Department and
the Miami Beach Convention Center, managed by Global Spectrum, will be hosting a Holiday Party
for senior citizens of Miami Beach on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the
Convention Center, Hall D Ballroom, 1901 Convention Center Drive.

Seniors will have an opportunity to mingle and meet new friends, as well as enjoy an evening of
food, fun and dancing while celebrating the holidays. To add to the fun, Mr. & Mrs. Claus will make a
special appearance as they travel from the North Pole to take pictures with everyone. In addition,
members of the Miami Beach Teen Club will be providing assistance during the event to make this
Holiday Party an unforgettable one.
The "Holiday Party" is one of many free events offered throughout the yearfor our senior residents.
Events like these bring seniors from our communitytogetherfor evenings of fun and entertainment.
