OUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED made this ~ day of V l~'4 ~ 2009 by and between CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, a body Corporate and a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida ("Grantor"), whose address
is 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida to 100 LINCOLN ROAD L.P., a Delaware limited partnership,
successor by merger to LRI of South Florida, Ltd., as Management Trustee of the LRISF Revocable Statutory
Trust, a Trust organized under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Grantee"), whose address is % RFR Realty, 390
Park Avenue, Third Floor, New York, New York 10022. Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee shall
include singular and plural, heirs, legal representatives and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or
requires.
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for end in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration paid to Grantor by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the Grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the Grantor has in and to the following described real property, situate, lying and being in Miami-Dade County, Florida:
Any rights Grantor may have had to a "charging station" location within the
previously vacated portion of a 20 foot alley (today known as South Lincoln Lane)
bounded on the east by the northerly extension of the most easterly line of Lot 13,
Block 46 and bounded on the west by the east right-of--way line of Alton Road. All as
shown in Commercial Subdivision of Alton Beach Realty, as recorded in Plat Book 6,
at Page 5, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and sll the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law
or in equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behalf of the Grantee,
