SUBJECT Miami Beach Players Theatrical Performance "Made This Way'
The purpose of this LTC is to cordially invite you to attend the City of Miami of Beach Parks and
Recreation Department's newest theatrical piece, , "Made This Way ". This play,, brought to life by
teens /actors that attend the City of Miami Beach's Teen Club, will premiere at the 21 s street Teen
Center, 2100 Washington Avenue, on Saturday, June 4, 2011. Doors open at 7 :00 pm.
"Made This Way" promotes women's empowerment through many.different skits, dance routines
and live music. The performance will touch on issues such as self- esteem, disappointment,
relationships, anger and love. The CMB Players performances are usually free to the public, but
this time we will charge a $4 admission fee to support the Miami Beach Travelling Soccer Team,
who qualified to compete in Nationals. All proceeds from the show will go to the Miami Beach
Travelling Soccer Team to help with the cost of their trip.
The Miami Beach Players, who recently filled the Colony Theatre to capacity with their last play
"The Freak Show ", are honored to have you join them, as they raise the bar even higher with their
new seasonal depiction of "Made This Way'.
