With the understanding that the City of Miami Beach sets a high standard, rightfully so, for contractors to meet, I've taken upon myself to ensure that only a contractor with a proven track record of providing excellent work is requested for the assignment of my contract. I am there for requesting that Coastland Construction be considered to assume my JOC contract.
