Dear Rhea:
Both Helene and Ijoin with your and Lawton's many friends in expressing our condolences. Lawton
is irreplaceable and will be missed.

was required at the City Commission Meeting, which took place on Wednesday, December 16.
However, the Mayor and Members of the City Commission of Miami Beach adopted a resolution
in memoriam to Lawton, a duplicate original of which is enclosed.
Helene joins me in extending our best wishes to you and the family for now and the future.
