Dear Dr. Keroff:
In accordance with the Professional Service Agreement between the City of Miami Beach
("City")and you,which was executed on October 1St 2005,the City is hereby exercising its option
of extending this contract for an additional one year period, commencing on October 1St, 2008,
and ending on September 30th, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the current contract
would remain in place through this extension.
