In accordance with the Professional Service Agreement between the City of Miami Beach
("City")and you,which was executed on October 1 st 2005,the City is hereby exercising its option
of extending this contract for an additional one year period, commencing on October 15t, 2010;
and ending on September 30`h, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the current contract
fwould remain in place through this extension.
